The HR Business Partner position is vital in supporting our mission to attract and retain top technical talent. Working with the business to create and maintain a thriving culture and employee satisfaction, along with sourcing and securing additional team members.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Management and ownership of the HR and Recruitment requirements, processes and procedures for the business
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Managing the end-to-end HR function
- Working with the Leadership team to identify hires and providing exceptional candidates for interviewing
- The design and implementation of the people strategy for the business
Requirements
- Effective spoken and written communication skills in English
- Talent Expert, can accurately assess potential candidates based on skills and values – have a great “eye” for talent
- Generalist HR Knowledge
- A strong attention to detail
- Experience working within HR at a Salesforce consultancy for 2+ years
- Strong relationship-building & interpersonal Skills: They actively network in and out of the organisation, building high-quality relationships
