Welcoming Wayne Crewe, Delivery Director

We are delighted to announce the newest addition to our Executive Leadership Team, Wayne Crewe, who joins us as our new Delivery Director. 

With over 15 years of experience leading matrix teams, delivering complex programs, and managing multi-million-pound projects across various industries, including healthcare and hi-tech, Wayne brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Wayne’s background at Navint/Globant, where he focused on Client Delivery for Lead-to-Revenue engagements, has equipped him with a proven track record in delivering value to clients. His experience overseeing organisational change activity and working with key stakeholders and business users demonstrates his ability to navigate complex challenges easily.

Previous to that, Wayne delivered multiple complex projects in his time at Nuffield Health, shifting the dial on their ability to offer new leading edge services to customers by using the latest technologies and agile methods.
